A modern kitchen with white cabinets, a microwave, and a sink. There's a dining area with a round wooden table and two chairs. A sofa with cushions is against the wall, and a TV is mounted above it.

Clean room and quick response from host. The only thing is I would mention that not everything is walking distance. Jobos beach is walking distance but there’s no 24 hour convenience store to grab the basics- water, snacks, etc- if you don’t have a car. I arrived at 9:30pm and we went to the nearest gas station which was like 3 miles up and we were able to get some water bottles and snacks right before they closed at 10pm. The posting said no car necessary so that felt a little deceiving. Outside of that, I felt very safe, the location was lovely if you want to be near the beach. It was the perfect location for me.
