On the quiet east end of Scenic Highway 30A, where Seacrest gives way to the white courtyards of Alys Beach, this soft-blue coastal retreat trades the beachfront bustle for something calmer — leafy palms, breezy walkways, and two of 30A's most celebrated towns within an easy stroll. Alys Beach's cafes and boutiques are about a ten-minute walk from the door, Rosemary Beach's cobblestone town center and the shops of 30Avenue sit just beyond, and the sugar-white sand is a quick bike ride or short drive away, with Camp Helen State Park and the rare coastal dune lakes a few minutes farther east.

Inside, the living space is bright, airy, and built for coming together. Sunlight pours through tall windows onto a cozy sectional arranged around the fireplace and TV — an easy place to land after a full day of sun and saltwater. The circular dining table and kitchen island share hosting duties, and the fully stocked kitchen backs them up with stainless steel appliances, barstool seating, and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, so nobody has to compromise on their morning cup.

Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, give groups of up to eight genuine privacy. The primary suite pairs a king bed with a spa-like bath featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower; the second suite offers another king and a sleek walk-in shower of its own; and the third flexes for families or friends with a king bed plus two twins.

Then there are the porches — classic, Southern, made for rocking chairs and slow mornings. Fire up the BBQ for a cookout, carry dinner out into the Gulf breeze, or take the balcony for sunset. With a washer and dryer on hand, 30A Ciel Bleu settles as easily into a long stay as a quick escape — true to its name, a little pocket of blue sky on Florida's most beloved shoreline, with 30A's bike paths, dune lakes, and emerald water all right there when you're ready.

AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.

We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
