First, I will say it was a great stay! The house is beautiful and you guys thought of so much for your guests...A few things though I noticed:The location and description online seemed to indicate it was closer to town than it was. We may have read it wrong but we all saw it as walkable into town so it surprised us when it wasn't.Loved the rooms- bedding and mattresses are great!I do suggest having full length mirrors in each as well as outlets that can be used with new technology/plugs.I also think instructions- QR code or written- for the fireplace and fan remote could be helpful. And you already know the indoor fireplace didn't work for us.The floor lamp that hangs over the couch, take it from a hotelier- its going to get broken and my mom hit her head a few times when she was getting up. I would add a chair to left of glass doors for reading and then have it over it...if you want to keep it. But i'd put it maybe in the corner if you get a chair (to the left of the glass doors) and make that a little reading corner. Just an idea!I develop and design hotels so these are just a few things I noticed that might be an issue for guests.
