Hot tub was great, pool was wonderful once we cooled it off a little. Layout of house was perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable . Hostess was great to let us in early.

We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very clean and a nice layout for a family or group! We rented a boat for the week, and they could drop off and pick it up right at the dock. The location was great- not far from grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood as it was quiet, close to grocery stores, golf, great restaurants, and the Gulf! We wanted to be directly on a saltwater canal that was a short ride to the big water. We wanted the chance to see dolphins and manatee and access beaches by water. This place has it all!

What makes this property unique

The huge corner lot, private beach area, and lake sized canal. The house sits on a corner on FOUR lots. It offers solitude and privacy from neighbors. The white sand private beach with gas fire pit adds serenity on cool Florida evenings or a breezy place to sun bathe. The canal is VERY large giving a water view like no other on the salt water canals.
