Villa Rosa is a spacious stylish, comfortable, highly upgraded Santa Fe style home with central heating/air conditioning,
on a quiet street at the bottom of the cove, steps away from the Bear Creek Hiking Trail.
This 3 bedroom 2 bath compound is completely walled for total privacy, with breath taking views of the Santa Rosa
mountains.
The spacious living room has a fireplace, T/V internet, WiFi double doors that open out to the sparkling pool area that
is beautifully landscaped with lush green surroundings. The large well equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances,
granite counter tops, and a breakfast bar.
The Dining room seats 6, with double doors that open to the patio area.
The spacious Master Suite with double doors opening to the pool area, has a King size bed, 2 walk-in closets, a T/V, also
a light and bright bathroom with a glass block shower, there are 2 guest bedrooms, the home sleeps 6/7
All necessary amenities are provided, Linens, sheets, towels, pool towels, Hair dryer, Iron/ ironing board, washer/dryer,
and a starter supply of paper products, soap, shampoo, conditioner etc.
The home has 3 T/V's free HBO, Showtime, and cinemax Internet connection, WiFi, and a gas BBQ grill.

Wonderful House

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful and spacious. The pool was a perfect size and temperature! The kitchen was well equipped. The outside grill was great! Do not hesitate to book this wonderful property - would absolutely stay here again!

Great location.

We enjoyed our month-long stay at this property near Old Town La Quinta. The house is clean and well equipped with new appliances, towels and dishes. The neighbourhood is relatively quiet, and we liked to listen to the song birds and pool waterfall. There is lots of space inside and furniture is clean and comfortable. The location is close to restaurants, walking trail, golf, biking and pickle ball. Anne was very receptive to our needs and easy to communicate with. Thank you!

Rental was nice, beware of owners use of deposit

BEWARE: The owner took $150 from our deposit for claiming we had 2 wet towels left on the ground. First, we had not taken a shower in the home for 24 hrs before we departed and second none of the towels could have still been (at best) damp given that this was in the desert. They claimed that one of the towels left a water mark on their furniture, no evidence was provided. We never used the pool and only 1 adult took at shower at their home so this is very hard to believe . Although the house was fine I would caution you about staying given the tendency to use your deposit for unsubstantiated check out spend. I'll be following up w VRBO to contest their withholding of our deposit. The house was nice and owner was very friendly with the check in process. We only stayed at the home to sleep and eat breakfast as we had a family reunion event at a larger home during the weekend. We paid a cleaning deposit and there were no check out details beyond turning off appliances.

Dear Katie, sorry we had to deduct $150.00 from your deposit. wet towels were left on the carpet of the master bedroom not on the floor of the bathroom as one might expect. as well as a dirty diaper, on top of all that was the comforter from the bed. I had to have the carpet pulled up and dried, as I didn't want to take the chance of having mould set in. I like to keep my home clean and mould free for all of my guests. I apologise for not leaving a more detailed list of things to be done before check out.

Lovely home in a great neighbourhood

We had a wonderful month at Anne Marie’s home. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable and the house is spacious and clean. Location was perfect for walking trails and close to LaQuinta Village. Anne Marie was easy to contact and she called to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable home within walking distance to Old Town La Quinta and hiking trails.

Excellent location near Old Town La Quinta next to the walking path in the historic La Quinta Cove and hiking trails. Quite cul-de-sac location with minimal traffic and easy secure access. Just minutes from excellent restaurant options in Old Town La Quinta and a short drive to multiple world-class golf courses. The home is cozy and comfortable with a sunny front patio and shaded rear patio, including a built-in pool. Anne-Marie is an excellent and attentive host. Everything was ready for us when we arrived and Anne-Marie checked-in to make sure everything was going well with the home. We would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant getaway

We took a quick weekend getaway from the big city. Anne Marie was a wonderful host. She was very accommodating, pleasant, and communicative. I like that she contacted me on the phone to have a real conversation and left a personal note. It's really the little things that make the experience most enjoyable. The house is beautiful and the kitchen has everything you could need. Would LOVE to stay again. I have zero complaints! Thank you Anne Marie!

Fun girls weekend

Anne’s house was very clean and inviting. The check in process was easy and all of her directions were very clear. Perfect house for a ladies weekend away. The house is steps to a hiking trail and has a lovely pool area. We wished we had better weather (it was cold and windy!) but we still had fun. The only thing was that we found two dead bugs (black widow and cockroach) but at least they were dead. We guessed that maybe the place was treated for bugs before we got there and maybe some dead ones crawled out. We would rent this place again for sure.

We had a great weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The pool was great for our small group. The home was clean and instructions were clear. Great Weekend Getaway

We rented Anne's house for a girls weekend & had a great trip! The pool was really nice and the perfect size for the four of us, the house is nice and is in a great location...it's just a short walk to the nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Very small pool

The house was super clean. The home owner is a very nice lady. She let us check out late on Sunday but the pool and backyard is really small. If you want to chill in backyard and enjoy the pool and sun I wouldn’t recommend this house. The pool is almost a size of a jacuzzi. The back yard is super small that barely 6 people can fit.

Girls Getaway

Anne was an awesome host, very sweet and on top of it. I was contacted as soon as I booked which gave me comfort. She was available to answer any and all questions I had regarding the property. Lesson learned - should you need to have any packages delivered to the property advanced communication is necessary but all was well, no complaints. Kitchen fully stocked with all the pots , pan and utensils. Bathroom had plenty of towels. She even provided pool towels. Great property !

Great house

I can’t say enough great things about this house! The pool is the perfect size for staying cool and floating with a couple rafts. The kitchen is fully stocked and even comes with a chilled bottle of wine! Anne Marie was absolutely wonderful and very attentive. We look forward to future stays here!

Had potential, but needs a good clean

I would like nothing more than to leave a great review because Anne Marie was very sweet and the place has potential, but it was not clean enough. The surfaces were mostly clean, however, there were several large cobwebs throughout the home, dead insects in windows and door jambs, light switches and other fixtures had not been cleaned in a long time (layers of dust), the ceiling fans were filthy and caked in dust, the outdoor patio furniture was dirty and some of them rusted, and many of the dishes in the kitchen had to be re-washed by hand prior to first use. Additionally, and while this was not Anne Marie's fault, there was one (or more) wasp nest in the backyard next to the pool, which made using the pool at various times a challenge. If these issues are addressed, it's a good option for a small group, in a lovely neighborhood. The home, itself, has a great layout and is sunny with a cute small, but functional pool. Honestly, if the house just gets a very thorough clean and the wasp issue is resolved, it's a great stay. This was our primary (but important) concern with the home. We appreciate Anne Marie's hospitality and hope our suggestions are taken to heart because we'd love nothing more than for this home to succeed in this rental market.

Beautiful home in a nice location

This was a beautiful home and a perfect location for Indian Wells tennis although, sadly, it was canceled this year. The house was comfortable and well-stocked. Anne-Marie was in good communication with us. Renters should know to leave items such as pillows where they were found.

Great home just noisy neighbors.

The house was very clean, had all necessary utensils, dishes, etc. The bottle of wine and fruit in the fridge upon arrival was an extra special touch. Only issue is there is an in-home daycare in the house behind the property, so rather noisy when the kids were outside playing. Hard to relax by the pool until they went inside for naps.
