The price was decent, check in was easy and stress free. The master bathroom was very tiny. The other bathroom was a decent size. The master bathroom shower started backing up. Because it was late and I needed to shower, I ended up clearing the drain which you can only imagine what that was like. We stayed for 13 days and I think I got a total of 2 hot showers. All the other showers I always ran out of hot water. Showers always ended freezing cold. The pots and pans were disgusting. No way I was cooking my family a meal with those pots and pans. The washing machine would always get thrown off balance no matter the size of the load. And you could tell there had previously been a cat in there because Id get a wiff of cat urine from time to time. The guest bathroom smelling strongly of sewage even when no one had used it. To the point that I had to use a plug in and keep the windows cracked at all times because it smelled so bad. I

We did not receive a response regarding any of the issues mentioned in this review. Had we been made aware of concerns such as a drain backup, hot water issues, odors, cookware concerns, or appliance problems, we would have gladly sent our maintenance team to address them. We are especially surprised by this feedback given that your stay was extended beyond the original reservation dates. Typically, when guests encounter significant issues affecting their comfort, they notify us so we have the opportunity to resolve them. We take all feedback seriously and have inspected the items mentioned. Our goal is always to provide a comfortable stay, and we encourage guests to communicate any concerns while they are on-site so that we can help in real time rather than learning about them after departure. We appreciate your stay and wish you the best in your future travels.

Overall impression was clean and well maintained. However it was not known till we arrived that the dishwasher was out of order requiring us to hand wash dishes more than expected. Unfortunately the ice maker stopped working during our visit but we improvised with frozen bottled water which worked for our crew. The only negative that we found that the owner could have prevented was that the cookware was rusty and the coating on the cookware was badly worn and food stuck more which required more intensive hand washing. The owner was easy to reach and returned messages promptly.
