With a fitness room, office spaces, and three full bathrooms, this phenomenal retreat has everything guests need for a relaxing stay. Back yard includes a large covered dining and reclining area with a tv and fans near the hot tub, fire table, and BBQ. For the kids or kid in you, also enjoy foosball, poker, and basketball. Hiking trails take you up to a park with ocean views and enjoy two beach cruisers for a ride over to Bressi Ranch shopping center. About the host

We are originally from Montana but moved to sunny San Diego 30 years ago to enjoy the weather and everything this beautiful area has to offer. Our kids love sports and we make it to several baseball games every year and can now enjoy the new frontwave stadium as well. We are constantly on the move visiting balboa park, Disneyland, Hollywood, seaworld and some of the more local favorites like the flower fields and legoland. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoy this beautiful area.
Why they chose this property
Walk into the backyard and hear birds chirping in this private corner lot. Blue skies and hiking trails abound. It is also conveniently located between the 5, 15, and 78 freeways with palomar airport a 7 minute drive and San Diego airport 45 minutes from us. San Marcos is home to Cal State University San Marcos and has a hundreds of great restaurants to choose from as well as rock climbing gyms, trampoline parks, bowling, cinopolis and of course the biggest draw is an easy drive to the beach! (Note: if you prefer a pool, Alga Norte park is minutes away and offers day passes to their beautiful lap pools, kids pools, and diving boards)
What makes this property unique
When entering our house you will notice a clean, modern, large space with soaring ceilings and calm colors. Real wood flooring throughout the common space and new carpet in all the bedrooms and stairs. This house has everything you need whether it is a work trip or vacation. We have added some board games, foosball, and basketball if you’re in the mood to play and a small library in the event of wanting to dive into a good book. The kitchen is well stocked so you can make gourmet meals or chill and watch TV in the living room, primary bedroom or outside on the covered patio!
