Popular Attractions Fredericksburg Founded in 1846 by German immigrants, Fredericksburg has retained much of its German history, with many of the older buildings keeping their original German styles. The town boasts a rich history, - including Fort Martin Scott, Pioneer Museum Complex and the Lyndon B. Johnson State and National Historical Parks - a booming shopping scene, known as Magic Mile (with over 150 shops, including antique retailers, candy shops and boutiques), an ever-growing art scene and an amazing central location to Texas's blossoming wine industry.
Stonehenge II Originally erected for fun by two locals residents, Stonehenge II is 90% as wide as the original and 60% high. It has recently been relocated to the grounds of the Hill Country Arts Foundation along with two 13-ft. tall Easter Island heads and is well worth a visit.
Boerne Boerne is home to four major attractions. The acclaimed Cibolo Nature Center with it's four distinct eco systems is popular for birding, hiking and exploring. Quiet, clean property with very nice & professional staff. Highly recommend staying here if you don't want to pay high prices on Fredericksburg. Will visit again soon.
We had a blast at the resort this weekend. Our only complaint was that some of the recreational facilities were closed but other than that the resort was beautiful & I’d recommend it to anyone.
Loved the peacefulness and the beauty of the area. We loved and will ask to come back again.
Everything needed for day to day living was available and present. The beauty of natural peace was here throughout. I didn’t book enough days, I will next time and I will take advantage of what is a available such as the trails, pool, and sitting out at night enjoying tne peace.

Loved it!!
This condo and the whole Wyndham Resort is fabulous! The condo was spacious, spotless and brand new looking. Gorgeous views from every corner of the property. They have a beautiful large two level pool with a slide and relaxing patio area. I really enjoyed each morning hiking the trails around the property. We also went to their private Guadalupe river access. It was beautiful and fun! I will definitely stay here again!
The condo was just right for the two of us. We could cook our meals and enjoy the property. Although one pool was out of order, the plan for social distancing and allowing people to sign up for designated times went well. I appreciate the management’s thoughtfulness and attention to cleanliness during this pandemic.
We found this property after our initial stay was canceled at the last minute and couldn’t be more pleased. It’s important to note that this property is a good 45-50 minutes from Main Street and the action of Fredericksburg. However, for those that aren’t aware, Fredericksburg rolls up the street quite early and therefore it was nice to head out of town and disconnect.
The property is beautiful and tucked away up in the hills. The building we were in had folks on all sides but we couldn’t hear anybody. There was plenty of space to spread out and the patio was perfect for drinks and starting at the stars.
The condo was very nice. Clean and up to date decor. I was a little disappointed in that the pool was across the parking lot and driveway. No view from the condo, but a nice private balcony. On the first floor so it was easy to get from the car to the condo. This property is part of a time share complex. I thought it would be a resort. Many of the people including the property managment told me they were staying at half the price. The pool was beautiful with a beautiful view.
We stayed to pick our child up from camp so we didn’t explore any amenities. The resort is located quite a way from the main road and you have very little, if any, cell coverage. It added an extra 5-7 minutes to my commute. The unit was clean and appointed. Bring your own soap, shampoo, etc because there is only a tiny bottle provided. Note in the listing that wifi isn’t included- I failed to notice but also didn’t want to spend the extra money on it. I would stay here again for the same purpose but not for a romantic weekend away. Our neighbors had a lot of children and it was very loud. If you travel with kids though- it is great because you don’t have to worry about being noisy. The host was very kind and pleasant to talk to- she was prompt in communicating and flexible. I would definitely rent from her again.

Spectacular views and property layout
Great views, great floorplans. Rooms are furnished well with modern conveniences, many USB outlets and power outlets are abundant in lamps, walls, kitchen, etc. Appliances are of entry level type, very cheap for this type of property but work nonetheless. The AC system layout for the units needs work, zoning is not present and the living area are zoned to be very cool and conditioned while the restroom and bedroom on the 1-bedroom plan leaves much to be desired as it was hot and stuffy in the sleeping areas. Note there are no ceiling fans in the unit we had, this is a must to move air if the AC cannot do so with a single register in the bedroom.
Multiple TV's are nice and you can download an app to control with your phone. WiFi should be complementary at this price point, even when I went to pay for it I could not make it through the complex app which reminded me of airline apps for WiFi. The Bluetooth stereo in the living area was a nice touch. We'd prefer a more modern Keurig coffee maker but we inquired and were advised what to expect.
The property overall was nice, note there is no dining on-site, a huge oversight by the developer that should have been considered and would be a heavy revenue generator. Nearest dining is in Kerrville where you'll find yourself often, not too far but not as convenient as on-site which would make this an extremely desirable destination.
Overall we were happy with our stay but the rates charged should negate the issues we noticed with the amenities and lodging. The floorplans are great, just left some finishes and fixtures desired. Some units need drastic appointments and finishes completed as paint and carpet are stained / un-cut (paint on RR walls) which leave subcontractors and / or maintenance work inferior to expectations.
Loved our weekend here. It is a beautiful resort with a beautiful pool and a really cool spot for star gazing. The town of Hunt is so cute, we had a great time finding local places to eat along the river. The unit itself did smell weird, so that was disappointing.
The pictures don’t due justice. Extremely clean and excellent staff. Secluded and awesome common areas. Perfect getaway for a group or just two. Wish we could stay longer!
We were delighted to stay at your property. A bit disappointed to sauna at the resort pool area was not in working order but everything else was beautiful and enjoyable.
The condo was clean and spacious. The overall property location is beautiful. Disappointed in views from condo, as we thought from pictures on VRBO, that we would have breath taking views from patio, but we were looking at cedar trees and barb wire fencing. You have to walk the property to enjoy the views as advertised. We were on the first floor handicap accessible room. You could hear every footstep in the condo above. We inquired about a room change, but the property could not help us. Too expensive for what we received.
My husband and I enjoyed the quiet and comfortable accommodations especially view and fireplace. Short drive to Ingram for food or to follow gorgeous hill country rides.
