Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The listing was not accurate. The rental was not well kept as seen in the damages around the unit and the poorly built structure of the unit. It was a super cold night and all the gaps in the doors and windows let in all the cold air. On top of this, there was a home in front of the rental that appeared to be abandoned but had people inside and entering throughout the night. My partner and I left within the first 20 minutes. We called for our money back from Vrbo and have yet to receive it even though they said we would get it back.
