This Fairways Royale luxury walk-in suite requires no steps or stairs to access, and it beautifully overlooks the Thousand Hills Golf Course right in the heart of Branson! It also has one of the most breathtaking views in Branson from its large, enclosed sunroom! Located within the Fairways at Thousand Hills and just off 76 Country Blvd. (the Main Strip), 10 minutes to Silver Dollar City, 5 minutes to Branson Landing, and just three blocks from the Aquarium at the Boardwalk!

Additional entertainment features include large LED TVs mounted in each room with smart TV access in the living room, cable TV packages, books, table games, & free High Speed Wireless Internet access throughout!

We personally clean, manage, and maintain this property to ensure everything is perfect for your stay! It comes fully stocked with all the comforts of home, including: a full-sized kitchen, all major appliances, cookware, dishware, cooking utensils, standard and Keurig coffee makers (with all supplies provided), and so much more! You couldn't ask for a better location as it's only two blocks from the main strip and right by so many world-class attractions, shopping opportunities, and restaurants!

Upon reservation, we will immediately send you a welcome message, directions to the condo, and a Q&A e-mail containing additional information about the condo. The front door utilizes a digital keypad. We will send you a unique code prior to your arrival. That way, you may go straight to the condo and begin your vacation as soon as you arrive. This property was excellent! For us, the absence of stairs to climb was a "must". We especially appreciated the cleanliness of the unit and the comfort of the beds. The unit was as pictured. Additionally, the kitchen was completely outfitted. In short, we lacked for nothing! We will try to book this unit the next time we visit Branson.

The kitchen was well equipped and had quality pots and pans, a pleasant surprise. Also provided was salt, pepper and some seasonings, sweetener and sugar. Both king size beds were comfortable and had great pillows. Bedrooms were generously sized and had had huge closets, perfect for longer stays. Living room furniture was comfortable, 2 recliners and couch.Plenty of parking and we definitely liked the walk in with no stairs!We will 100% book this condo again.

This Condo is absolutely wonderful! We have really enjoyed our stay. Actually extended our stay since we were so comfortable! We give their cleaning service very high marks. Very impressive! The Host has been very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. Parking is right in front and there are no steps. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of room to keep our food etc. We will be back!

Very nice condo. We would definitely stay there again and Adam was very responsive. Just a small problem with a faucet and Adam sent someone out the next morning to see what the problem might be. We were happy that he was at least responding to our concerns. This condo has a beautiful sunroom overlooking the golf course where we had our breakfasts. Overall, I rate this condo high on our list of places we have stayed in Branson

The place was easy to find, and the check-in instructions were crystal clear. There was plenty of parking, which was a pleasant surprise! We had a great time at this place. The kitchen is really well stocked with all of the utensils needed to make a great dinner. Beds were comfortable and both rooms had a king sized bed! The only problem we had was we could not find the light switch for the sun room. We just didn't go in there.

I love that Branson is a beautiful tourist destination that's home to some of the greatest, most unique shows & attractions in the world!
