There is a great dedicated ice machine onsite in laundry room. Our home is nicely located near the OWA and other shopping a short drive to the beach and the Gulf Shores State park. Many nice options for restaurants nearby. There is a nice deck with a gas grill for your use as well. Lots great grocery stores.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If checking out on a Sunday or Monday, please put any and all used trash carts to the curb.
Please make sure t.v.'s and lights are off as well as the A/C in sunroom or heater in sunroom. Please leave front porch light on as it is motion sensor for those who arrive late at night.
Please be sure and let me know if anything was broken during your stay, minor stuff is no big deal. I just want to make sure the next guest has everything they need.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When using the gas grill please do not leave it unattended and make sure to turn gas off when done using.

Great location in Foley. Close to Owa, outlets. Great beach location without being at the beach. Property owner is fantastic. Very informative and always available if theres any trouble. Great size house for a big family. Property is kept very clean. Traveled with 7 and we didn't feel on top of each other. Will definitely rent from her again.
