Great place to stay whether it be for a few days or for a week. The location could not be better as there are plenty of great spots to eat, shop, explore, etc., right outside of the hotel itself. The staff couldn't be any nicer.

Excellent facility. Great location. Pleasant staff. Not the first time I have stayed here and won’t be the last. 12 Ave S. Is my favorite neighborhood in Nashville and this is located in the heart of it.

This was one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in! From check in to check out everything was amazing!! Our room was a perfect location to everything you would need in 12 South! I needed more coffee, no problem…they brought it right up. I wanted our bed made, no problem. They got it done! I will for sure stay here again and I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!

Wonderful stay on 12 ave south. Was in town for Bluegrass Music business and had my bride come as well. She was able to walk the neighborhood and shop and dine while o was working. Rooms were quiet, clean and convenient. More like an apartment than a room. Downtown Nashville has gotten a bit out of hand. This was a very very nice stay.

Excellent location. The problem was not gaining entry in a smooth process. The front desk personnel assisted and sent the text that was not received.

Super comfortable stay- AMAZING location. Note that it’s more like staying in an apartment complex with a front desk than it is like a hotel as there aren’t typical hotel amenities like food/bar/gym. However, the staff was wonderful and everything you need is right in the darling neighborhood. I did one wild night on Broadway and then was completely content hanging out in the 12 S neighborhood. Every restaurant I went to was excellent, lots of patios and shopping. I made one grocery store run then didn’t need a car at all. Our room had a full size fridge, stove, sink, and dishwasher. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace was a lovely place to BYOB and watch the sunset. The Poets courtyard is also lovely and comfortable. Again, BYOB but it really didn’t matter. The environment was lovely and there were singers and musicians on weekend early evenings. I’d absolutely stay again.

We had some plumbing issues, when we first arrived. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Maintenance was quick to come and unclog the drain. The ice maker in the refrigerator had a blob of frozen ice. I had to work on getting the ice loose from the maker in order to dump it out and start a fresh bucket. In my opinion, this should be dumped after every guest. We found trash and an earring in one of the nightstand drawers. The floors were very dirty. I had dropped a piece of ice and when I wiped up the water, the paper towel was black. I had to wash my feet before getting into bed because they were black from me going barefoot in the room. The hotel is lovely, the room is pretty and having the kitchen and side chairs were an extra bonus, and the location couldn’t be better. They just need to pay attention to details.
