Soak in the oversized heated pool & spa, grill out, or lounge with smart TVs indoors & out. Chef’s gourmet kitchen, Artefacto furniture, Alaskan & king beds, plus open dining & living spaces make it perfect for groups. Master suite has dual walk-ins & balcony views. Ample parking for multiple cars. Comfort, style & fun all in one unforgettable estate.
Just a heads-up: The pool is kept at a comfortable 84°F year-round. If you’d like it a bit warmer, up to 90°F, just let us know at least 1 day in advance; there’s an additional $100 per day fee for this service. Also, since Florida has a sub-tropical climate, we spray regularly for bugs, but you might still see a few tiny critters. Keeping doors and windows closed helps keep them out.

➤ Please note that all the fireplaces in the home are purely decorative but fully functional for ambiance, providing a cozy atmosphere without real flames.
➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.
➤ Availability of free driveway parking for up to 45+ vehicles.

➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)
3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.
4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary, so I can effectively prepare for the next guests.
6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $25 charge per additional half-hour stayed.
7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.
