Complete and timely communication from our host. The kitchen had everything we needed including several coffee, making options. Newer refrigerator and gas stove. As host noted, home is in a transitional neighborhood and still needs a little TLC.The bedroom situation was excellent for our three adults and one toddler

Nice and tidy 3 bedroom accommodation which made our stay very comfortable while visiting family locally. Really appreciated the communication and responsiveness of the host during the process. If needed, we would definitely stay again. Excellent soul takeout restaurant less than 2 miles away from the location.

For our purposes - going into downtown Detroit for a baseball game - the location was excellent. The accommodations were very roomy! Our family of 4 could have NOT spent any time in the same room if we wanted! It's an older house, so some creaky floors and whatnot - but my house is the same, so that just made it more homey. The host was VERY helpful and patient with our many questions. Overall, an excellent experience. And a great value for the price!! Many thanks to our awesome host!

Thank you so much for the kind words! I am so happy you enjoyed your stay, creaky floors and all. It was great having you here and your questions were not so much, just helps highlight places where i can make improvements. Glad you enjoyed Detroit and hope you consider coming back again!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The place was spotless — every room was perfectly clean and well-maintained. The house is very spacious, with plenty of comfortable seating areas and enough chairs for everyone. The bedrooms were cozy and quiet, and the beds were super comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. The living area had a nice TV and plenty of space to unwind. The location was excellent — close to many places of interest, restaurants, and stores, yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood.A special mention goes to the host, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.Overall, this rental was everything we hoped for — clean, comfortable, convenient, and at a great price. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!
