Welcome to this beautifully upgraded lower-level unit, ideally located in the heart of Twin Falls! Just a short walk to downtown, major retail, and popular restaurants, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and style.

Our historic home has been completely remodeled with new a/c and heat, new plumbing, flooring, fixtures and furnishings. This bright and cozy rental is the private lower-level floor of the house and offers 1 bedroom with a king sized bed, a fun studio setup with a queen sized bed, twin bed, and oversized comfy couch, a full bathroom, and laundry in-unit, completely separated from the main level of the home.

Enjoy a comfy living area with Smart TV and new kitchen and eating nook with high-speed Wifi throughout. And look no further for great coffee - our kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker with pods so you have a great way to start your day!

We can sleep up to 5, and the king bedroom offers a desk area so you can work from home with ease.

Personal products are provided for your use, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand-soap. We also provide a hair dryer, clothes steamer, and kitchenette stocked with flatware and all the dishes you'll need.

Max of 2 vehicles can park tandem in the driveway of the house. Please do not park on the street to prevent neighborhood congestion. If bringing more than 2 vehicles, please let us know and we can recommend free parking within walking distance of the house.

Very quiet street with neighbors who appreciate their space and privacy. Absolutely no parties. Thank you!

NOTE: This is a private, secure, self-contained rental on the lower level of a home. There is a separate apartment on the main level of the property. We ask that all guests observe quiet hours 10pm-7am.
