Outside your retreat - Seas The Day - is a cozy patio space for morning coffee or evening drinks under a fully enclosed gazelor relaxing in the PRIVATE hot tub- walk a few meters to the best Gibsons food spots or top 5 beachs, trails hiking or kayak rentals

This location is pet friendly, but comes with some if you aren't able to bring yours along. Everything was comfortable; our hosts were welcoming and easy to contact. There is a hot tub, though timing didn't work out for us to use it. The location makes accessing the fun part of Gibsons easy. It was a lovely stay.

Great stay!

A friend and I came to the Sunshine Coast for a couple of nights and enjoyed our time. The property has everything you need for a pleasant stay (including a hot tub!), is close to restaurants and beaches, and the hosts are super friendly and helpful

The stay wasn't bad. We loved Gibson, very cute place to visit but definitely picking another place. The parking instructions was not accurate. They said to parking on a certain street but turns out that was wrong. Even the buzzer code was different than the listing. The bed was horrible, had a huge dip in it, both of us slept terrible both nights. And the constant yelling from the owners above us was not professional. I thought to be on Vrbo it had to be separate building not a basement suite.

Stayed with Lorraine for just under a week—what a beautiful place with an incredible view! The home was outstanding, comfortable, and welcoming. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Host was friendly and made our stay as enjoyable as possible. We stayed in the basement suite which was damp and musty. There was mold in the Keurig water reservoir and around the seals of the fridge and freezer. Dirty dishes and cutlery was put back in the cupboard and drawer. Tried to use the BBQ but there was no propane. Finally, the host and her spouse/partner started arguing from Tuesday to and including Friday morning when we left.

A perfect getaway

Such a cozy place to land after a day of exploring the Sunshine Coast. The hot tub and patio offered a lovely private outdoor space. The kitchen and bathroom had everything I needed and the loft bed was very comfy. Overall a perfect getaway!

The owner checked in with us once we were settled to provide local information and welcome us. His name is Casey and we introduced him to our dog who's name is also Casey. The location couldnt be any better. Everything you need is in this home. I brought my coffee bean grinder, beans and french press but they already had all that! Unique and enjoyable experience!

Cozy Couples Weekend

For those that like funky, and cozy little bungaloos, this spot is for you. Great for a couples getaway weekend. Lorraine and Casey are gracious thoughtful hosts. We didn't need a thing. Wondeful location to lower Gibsons to boot.

My husband and I went for a relaxing new years. The little home has a lot of character, and a perfect spot with a fire pit and hot tub, along with it being a great dog friendly spot for our pup. The owner was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area and goes above and beyond!

A good location. Helpful host. If one has mobility issues probably not the place to stay as the sleeping area is a loft bedroom and need to climb very steep stairs. If weather is good it has a lovely porch with hot tub,barbecue, and fire pit.
