• There is no gate or barrier leading to the canal or boat dock area — please supervise children at all times near the water.

• Optional mid-stay cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

• Boat lift available for use (up to 7,000 lbs.) — please notify us ahead of time if you plan to bring a boat.



Pet Friendly: ( please ensure they are well-behaved and supervised at all times. Additional cleaning fees may apply if necessary )

•A pet fee of $49/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
