A background check (no SSN required) is mandatory for all reservations. Please note that valet parking does not accept pickup trucks or full-sized SUVs.
To maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone, we require background and ID verification. Guests can choose between a refundable security deposit (a temporary hold on your card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

⚠️ Late Check-In Policy:
If you’ll be arriving after 11 PM, only garage staff can provide your keys (not the concierge).
The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and present a valid ID.
You must notify us before 8 PM on your check-in day if you plan to arrive after 11 PM.
If we do not receive notice by 8 PM, check-in will not be possible that night, and you will need to wait until 7 AM the following morning to check in.

Please complete all verification steps promptly. Refunds cannot be issued if entry is denied on the check-in day due to late submission.

Building management cannot accept or hold packages for guests. This is to ensure the safety and security of residents’ belongings and prevent misplaced items.

While marijuana is legal in Ohio, our unit is strictly smoke-free. We take great care to maintain a clean and fresh environment, and smoking of any kind inside the unit is prohibited.
However, please note that due to the legality of marijuana in the state, there may occasionally be odors within the building that are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the unit smoke-free for all guests.
