The house was ideal for our group in town for the weekend to participate in a 5k in Genoa Park. Plenty of space and the grill was great for cooking a quick dinner for everyone.

What a beautiful place this is!!! However it needed to have the oven cleaned and outdoor grill was too dirty to use. We had a booking gone wrong and because the host wasn't aware how to do her bookings correctly and this property was a last minute booking and I appreciate the availability .at the last minute. It was more money though and needs to get some things done for visual purposes and some paint issues. I think it's a beautiful property in a gorgeous neighborhood. There were some construction issues but still easy to get to local restaurants. Overall a 7 out of 10 for me.

We live locally and wanted a comfortable home where we could stay in one place with our out of town family. In other rentals we’ve had, there’s always been a guest book with information about trash pickup, where to put the trash cans, rules about use of the garage, appliances, and nearby community amenities. Perhaps we missed these things on the website, but we had to ask about checkout protocols and expectations. There was one maintenance issue upon arrival that we reported to through the website. The kitchen lacks lighting (out over the stove) and the hvac doesn’t keep the house a consistent temperature from room to room. Fireplace doesn’t work (a book would be helpful for things like this). Overall it suited our needs and was comfortable enough.

The house was in a very nice neighborhood. We felt very safe and had lots of friendly neighbors. The house was very clean and we appreciated the toiletries provided! The master bedroom was massive and the outdoor section was perfect for hanging out. It was about a 30 minute uber ride to the stadium/downtown and have ample parking.
