Peaceful neighborhood with amazing views of the Sandia Mountains and perfect for Balloon watching. This 3 bedroom home features a large yard with BBQ grill, patio seating, kids playground and corn hole.
Open spacious layout with beautiful large yard that includes playground, BBQ grill & corn hole. Lots of seating both indoor & out.

Bedroom2: Queen size bed
Bedroom3: Queen size bed
Blowup Mattress available for added person, please not added fee for 7th person.
Bathrooms: stocked with soap/shampoo (no conditioner), q-tips, hairdryer, towels
Bathroom 1 - off master bedroom: tub/shower combo, 2 sinks
Bathroom 2 - off the central hallway: tub/shower combo, 1 sink

-Fully equipped with new appliances: stove/oven, Fridge with icemaker, dishwasher
-Traditional coffee maker, local Pinon coffee provided, creamer & sugar

PLUMBING: Please note: This home operates on a grinder pump system. To avoid damage and costly repairs, only toilet paper should be flushed—no wipes (even those labeled “flushable”), feminine products, paper towels, or other items. Likewise, please do not pour grease, food scraps, coffee grounds, or harsh chemicals down the sinks. If these rules are not followed, the grinder pump may trigger an alarm, requiring the water and plumbing to be shut down for emergency service and expensive repairs. Thank you for helping us keep the system running smoothly.
GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.
GARAGE: standard, not oversized. It will fit 2 standard cars or small suvs, it will not fit large SUVS or trucks.
PESTS - The house is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.
Security (doorbell) camera on front door & over garages for security purposes and to monitor guest count.
