Great condo! So close to the old town and restaurants while still being quiet. Patio had a great view. It was nice being greeted by Eduarda so she could show us the condo and they supplied a huge welcome basket for us ensuring that after a long travel day we had quite a few staples for the next day. They k ew we were celebrating my birthday so they even gave us a cake and champagne! Having the marina across the road was handing for tours. We highly recommend.

We have stayed at Moira and John's apartment several times now, most recently for 4 weeks. It is a great place to call home while staying in Olhao and provides all the amenities you need whether your visit is short or long. Great hosts and their local manager, Eduarda, is equally fantastic.

Lovely welcome, and welcome pack:coffee, tea, milk, orange juice, moreeverything you need to initially settle in.good views of the ria formosa. Regular views of bird life, and thousands of fiddler crabs.Easy to access by car.Optional access by public transport, including train, station 1.2 Km walk.Haven't used the buses yet.

Winter getaway

We had an absolutely amazing stay in this gorgeous apartment in Olhão. It was beautifully maintained, very well equipped, and had everything we could possibly need—perfect for our family of four.Eduarda, the apartment manager, was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a big difference to our arrival. We were especially grateful for the thoughtful welcome goody pack, as we arrived quite late—it was such a lovely touch.The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area, and we especially loved spending time by the pool.Moira and John were wonderful hosts throughout—communication was excellent from start to finish, and they provided great recommendations for places to visit, which really enhanced our trip.We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Olhão.

Great location, facilities and vive

We had a great time at Moria and John’s apartment. Place was clean, spacious and modern and all the amenities in walking distance. Really great spot for a break.

We had an amazing week staying in a well-equipped and spotless apartment. Beds were comfortable. Olhão was a great base, a bit off the beaten track but we were spoiled for choice with restaurants, and the beautiful island beaches. It was fun to have a pool, although it's on the small side - more for splashing than swimming.

Fabulous apartment, wonderful location

Great communication with the owners and Eduarda, the property manager ensured a trouble free stay. The apartment exceeded expectations - spacious, clean, well equipped and furnished- fab views from spacious balcony and good pool. Area perfect for us, enough to do but not too touristy. We preferred the more traditional restaurants, best quality and value , fresh fish amazing.

FANTASTIC TWO WEEKS

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The lovely well equipped apartment, the thoughtful welcome package, the view overlooking tidal salt flats, and the walkable location with easy access to the charming fishing community of Olhao and the beautiful off shore islands.
