Pet friendly, kid friendly. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to parks, airport, Bills stadium, KeyBank Center, Downtown Buffalo, Lake Erie, Niagara Falls, and more! Fenced in spacious yard. Large driveway. King suite with tv. Spare room with two twin beds. Tv, fireplace, Wi-Fi, small workout room, washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator with filtered water and ice. Air conditioning, heat. You are welcome to set up provided air mattress for extra guests too. I have dog crates to borrow too!

This was my first home. I lived in this home for just under a decade and poured my heart into fixing it up and loving it. I am so excited to start this journey as a hostess. I have always enjoyed entertaining and feel so blessed that I have this opportunity to have families come and stay and enjoy this house as much as I have.
Why they chose this property
This is the perfect blend of small town feel in a bustling setting. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. You will see kids outside playing, people walking their dogs, neighbors outdoors gardening, people stop to say hello. It is a great community. There are parks within walking distance. Just a short drive will take you to our infamous Wegmans grocery store. Target and Walmart are just a mile away. The Galleria Mall is just a short drive. It is pretty centrally located to anywhere in Western NY!
What makes this property unique
I think my home radiates the love and warmth the minute you walk in the door. I am a very detail oriented person and try to ensure everyone feels right at home. I take pride in the cleanliness of every room from sanitizing the kitchen and bathroom thoroughly between guests but I also sanitize all the bedding too!
