We spent 5 Weeks at this Home in March/April 2026. Our Group was Family, kids and a Grand Baby (Playpen and High Chair wer part of the amenities). The House is very Comfortable with lots of room to spread out, 4 Bedrooms were great, with every bedroom having its own Bathroom. There is a fifth Gameroom with a Murphy Bed and a super cool Modern Fifth Bathroom attached, only accessible seperately from the Pool Level. The House also has an amazing full outdoor Kitchen with a big table for 8...so we enjoyed some very nice "al fresco" lunches and dinners. The Pool seemed brand new, is huge with a lounging platform and was very warm (great for the Baby). The grounds are beautiful as well, including a sandy beach and access to the ocean right in front of the House, with amazing Sound views, and mangroves next door. The house is located in a very quiet nice neighborhood and you can easily walk to John Pennecamp State Park. There were minor hiccups with Air Conditioner and Kitchen Pots missing...BUT within an hour we had people coming and fixing it and even had a Spaghetti Pot and Bowls delivered the next Day. Yes, book this amazing property! We had a wonderful time and would love to come back next Year!
