Everything was great! Very clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to restraunts and wonderful water views and sunsets. The host was great and easy to communicate with. Loved it!!

This is a great property. Very cute , clean and well stocked. The downstairs is completely separated from the upstairs with a full bath which was helpful when getting ready to go out to dinner but not young kid friendly. The host was amazing and very quick to answer questions. Matlacha is a very cute town. We enjoyed days out on the boat and dinners at the Blue Dog and Yucatan.

Kim is a great host. Responded to questions in a timely manner. The house was perfect. Beautiful inside and out. We loved the veiw! All the amenities you could need were provided.
