Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found the apartment exactly as shown in the photos and that the reception team were polite and welcoming. Regarding the noise concern, after your stay we discovered that the balcony door had not been fully closed and locked, which significantly reduces sound insulation. When properly shut, the apartment provides a much quieter environment. We did offer to send one of our team, however you ignored us. While construction does take place across the UAE, including Saadiyat Island, it is not permitted 24 hours a day, all works follow strict regulated timings. We also do not hide the presence of nearby development; it is visible in the photos, and this is the case for many properties in emerging premium communities. Concerning VAT, this is a legal requirement for all licensed businesses in the UAE. All prices shown on booking platforms already include VAT, so there are no hidden or additional charges beyond what is displayed at the time of booking. The price you paid was all inclusive. As for the checkout time, we always try to accommodate when possible, but we must also ensure our cleaning team has sufficient time to prepare the property to the high standard expected by our guests.
