This guest house is the perfect spot in a quiet neighborhood while still being in walking distance to the university and nearby park. Downtown is about a 3 minute drive. Has all the amenities you could need and is very clean.
This was a perfect place for our little family of 4 and pup while we were in Missoula for a family event. I also messaged the host ahead of time with a special request and she was great about making it happen. She is quick to respond which made everything that much easier. The place is as described and pictured. We really didn't need the kitchen for this particular stay, but it appeared very well stocked with everything you could possibly need plus a full sized fridge/ freezer, and pretty much all of the appliances one would have at their own home: washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven/ stove, coffee maker, hand mixer, etc, plus lots of spices, oils, baking items, silverware, cups, plates, bowls, serving and mixing utensils, scissors, and so on. The king bed was comfy, and there was plenty of extra bedding for the pull-out queen couch (which is really easy to use with a modern twist), a huge walk-in closet has extra room for your furry companion, and there is a pack-n-play crib if needed. The closet had a large dog bed and dog bowl too if needed. The location was really close to a lot of great places in Missoula, near the University, and plenty of eateries and stores, etc. The neighborhood is quaint. The architectural ceilings follow the slant of the roof so curve down on either end of the living room/ kitchen plus bedroom/ closet, which looked really neat, but if you're super tall like my husband and I, just watch your head if near the slants. Great stay overall!!
A great fit for us and our two pups. I was impressed that everything we needed for meal prep and comfort was thoughtfully available! Our host replied to questions within minutes and was able to accommodate our needs. The location, close to campus and a nice park for the dogs was perfect! A very nice place.
Where to begin. The host was terrific and responsive. Location perfect - near the park. Bed comfortable. Quiet sleeping. clean. Well equipped. Just about perfect.
Our stay was great! Gabby was very hospitable. The house was better than expected! It was very spacious for our boys who are six feet. We would love to book again when we come!
Great VRBO - we've stayed at quite a few over the years and this property exceeded expectations. Very clean, wonderful neighborhood walking distance to Banner park, really nice hosts....just an all round excellent experience!!Note to Gabby and Ashley - a pizza cutter and ice trays would make a nice kitchen addition
This is our second time staying at this property. It’s a wonderful pet friendly home close to the university, downtown, a park nearby and an amazing neighborhood to walk around. The owners are super helpful and wonderful hosts.
Guesthouse was clean and perfect for what we needed. Great location to easily get to the stadium for a concert. No chores was much appreciated after a fun night out. Gabby was easy to get ahold of when we needed her. Thanks for a great stay!!

Simple, perfect little spot
We came for one night for a concert at The Wilma. The stay was perfect for the two of us, plus my pup. The neighborhood, location, accommodations were just what we needed. The only “issue” to note is that VRBO had our check out time for 11am and the directions from the host were 10am.
Loved the property! Very nicely done, clean, well stocked. We walked to the football game! Not one bad thing to say here. Private setting but close to everything. Would gladly rent again if we have the reason to be back! Thanks so much!

This place is a balm to the traveler. The apartment is clean, well appointed, quiet and bright. Gabby has thought of everything for humans and dogs alike. It is situated in a walkable area with a park less than a block away and restaurants about 6 blocks away. I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there. I wish I had found this place before my daughter graduated from UM!
This was perfect for our quick stay. It was clean and nice. We appreciated not having to worry about the “chores”. The only think I would suggest is to give more detail about where this place is and that it is in the upper space of a garage. There was also a marathon Sunday am, if we didn’t have to leave as early as we did, we would have been unable to leave untilIt was over! Overall- great lil space. Thank you for offering it!

Almost Perfect
Comfortable, modern one bedroom over-garage apartment, nice bathroom and kitchen, quiet neighborhood. One of the ways you can access the arrival instructions to the rental on the phone app did not include all the necessary information, so I had to contact the host who was readily available and provided the info. So it should be easily solvable by adding it to all of the routes to the specific arrival instructions on the app.
A wonderful place to stay that is SO close to the UM campus and right next to a beautiful park. So great that this VRBO is dog friendly too. Very clean, cute decor, great kitchen supplies. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting our kid at UM.
We’ve stayed in Missoula many times but always in a motel - blah! Staying in a gem like this, in a beautiful neighborhood was SO much better! The nearby park was great for our pup. We’ll be back.
