About this space:
Neverland Retreat, a one-of-a-kind getaway on the Toccoa River, just off Aska Road in Blue Ridge, GA. This spacious 3-level cabin is designed for those looking to relax, explore, and enjoy a magical retreat surrounded by nature.

3 Bathrooms – Thoughtfully designed with charming touches to elevate your stay.
Three Levels of Comfort & Fun
Main Level:
Enjoy an open-concept living room with cozy seating, a fireplace, and stunning river views. The fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar make it easy to cook and gather. Dine indoors or outside at the round patio table. Two playful living spaces include a pool table, swinging chair, and even a treasure chest. Step out to a private patio with a grill and seating area just feet from the river.
Upper Level:
Relax in a loft-style treehouse suite with a queen bed, plus a twin bedroom with a cozy reading nook. The porch retreat features swings overlooking the river—perfect for peaceful moments.
Lower Level:
The game room includes a ping pong table, dartboard, bar area, and wood-burning stove. A second kitchen leads to a private bunk room with two queen beds, two twin beds, and a comfy sitting area. A themed family lounge invites guests to play and connect.
Outdoor Features:
• Spacious deck with ample seating and river views
• Hot tub for unwinding after a day of adventure
• Fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars
• Swinging daybed for lazy afternoon naps
• Easy river access for fishing, kayaking, or simply soaking in the scenery
Note: The cabin is nestled in the woods and often visited by wildlife, including bears and insects. Please respect their space, maintain a safe distance, and avoid feeding or approaching any animals.
Guest access:
Welcome!
The entire cabin is yours to enjoy during your stay. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, and your unique access code will be sent prior to check-in. You’re welcome to arrive any time after 4 PM EST, with check-out at 10 AM EST. Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted; if they occur, a fee of $20 per hour may apply.
Roads & Parking:
The roads leading to the cabin are paved, and the parking area is gravel/dirt. The final 100 meters of the driveway are steep, so AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months. Parking is available for up to five vehicles directly beside the cabin. Please do not park inside the garage.
Entertainment:
TVs are available in both living rooms and in three of the bedrooms. Complimentary streaming is provided via YouTube TV, offering a wide range of sports and entertainment. You’re also welcome to log into your own streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, etc.)—just remember to log out before you leave.
Security & Safety:
For your peace of mind, the cabin is equipped with a video doorbell and exterior cameras. There are no indoor cameras. A fire extinguisher and first aid kit are located on the lower level, and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the cabin, including in every bedroom.
Our Commitment to Quality:
We strive to provide high-quality linens, thoughtful supplies, charming decor, and fun entertainment options so that our cabin can be enjoyed by many families for years to come. We also partner with the best cleaners in town to ensure your stay is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
As fellow travelers, we’ve designed this cabin to be the kind of place we’d love to stay—where all the little details are covered and comfort is top of mind.
Important Notes:
- All guests must be 21+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No refunds will be issued for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.
- We provide hand soap, a starter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and paper towels. Please plan to bring your own soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip-top bags, charcoal, firewood, and coffee.
- Absolutely no fires outside of the designated outdoor firepit. Unauthorized fires—including candles—will result in a $100 fee plus any damages.
Other things to note
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
We adhere strictly to our cancellation policy for all bookings. When a reservation is made, it blocks our calendar for other potential guests—so our policy helps ensure we can continue operating sustainably while providing a great experience for everyone.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect against unexpected changes. Requests to modify reservation dates are treated the same as cancellations. If you ask to cancel or adjust your dates, we’ll refer you to the cancellation terms outlined in our listing, as well as the multiple reminders we send encouraging travel insurance prior to your stay.
Holiday Check-Out Restrictions:
Please note that check-outs are not permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. While the calendar may allow bookings that end on these dates, you will be required to adjust your stay accordingly. In such cases, it is the guest’s responsibility to cancel or modify the reservation.
Weather & Utility Disclaimer:
We are not responsible for storms, natural disasters, weather-related events, or utility outages that may affect your stay. Again, travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard against these unforeseen circumstances.
Pet Policy:
We welcome up to a maximum of 3 pets per stay (which includes dogs/cats). A pet fee of $75 per pet applies. Please review the following guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone:
1. Please pick up after your pet at all times.
2. Pets must be leashed when walking in the neighborhood.
3. If your pet will stay inside the cabin, please bring a kennel.
4. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
5. Please ensure your pet does not disturb neighbors.
6. Do not leave pets unattended during severe weather.
7. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 penalty once identified.
