Our home is conveniently located near downtown Lee's Summit, providing easy access to public transportation, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft, and car rental agencies. Whether you prefer to walk, take the bus, arrange a ride, or explore at your own pace with a rental car, transportation options are readily available. parking is also provided at our property for your convenience.
Other Things to Note:
Train and road noise are noticeable (fan, ear plugs, white noise machine available).
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana inside the home, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors.
Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways.
If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
PETS:
We welcome well behaved pets with prior host approval. Please include your pet in the reservation. The platform only allows one pet fee—additional pets must be paid separately via the Resolution Center or invoice. Pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay. All pets must be pre-approved.
Guests must clean up after their pets. Unauthorized or unreported pets may result in fines up to $500, plus any damages or extra cleaning.
Pets must not be left unattended in the home or yard, and are not permitted on furniture.
LOCAL guests - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval.
