A two family house located on the ocean front with a gorgeous views of white sand beaches of the island. The house offers you comfort while enjoying and relaxing in the paradise. Each floor has living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom for your convience during your stay. The roof top is all yours to enjoy the beauty of the island during sunrise and sunset while drinking your favorite drink. The location of the house is centrally located, very close from the ferry dock,walking distance from the down town where you can enjoy the authentic taste of the island or you can grab a tasty cocktail at one of the many bars in town.

Need to take care of the toilet and the kitchen

We love the rest of the house roomy living room new refrigerator bedrooms is not bad and the location except the toilet and the kitchen the toilet won't flush the fixture are rusty and yak They need to change the rugs or mat its very very thick of dirt and what not its gross !!! Kitchen and toilet is very very important .

I do not know why you would put this house down? The sink is stainless steel in kitchen and the sinks in bathrooms are porcelain. The house is always cleaned top to bottom after every guest. Bedroom set and living room set is new. I am surprised when the caretaker made a wellness call you did not mention anything to him or called me the owner as I can be reached 24 7. I wonder why anything you said was not brought to my attention!

Great location and great host!!!

I have been first time in Santa Fe, Bantayan, and I completely loved it. With regards to the stay, I would say that it was exactly what I was looking for, I was not expecting any high standards, and important was to be close to the beach and to restaurants etc. I loved the place, and most of all I loved the hospitality and help given by our host Klara -:), always helpful, and taking us to all of the nice places around the island,! I would definitely recommend this place, and hope I can go back soon! -:)
