Lake & Boat Use – Strictly Enforced
To access the lake and use the kayaks, paddle boat, or canoe, both of the following steps must be completed prior to check-in:

Sign the required liability waiver. This will be sent to you upon booking.

Purchase Emerald Lakes Association amenity passes.

Once both are completed, we'll provide the code to unlock the boats.

Passes can be purchased at the Admin Office or Indoor Pool Lodge.
Please plan ahead to ensure smooth access to all amenities. We're happy to help with the waiver or pass process—just reach out!

Other things to note
All guests must complete the Guest Registration and Lease Form and supply a photo ID.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash must be brought to compactor. Tues/sat/sun 9-5. Thursday 11 - 7. All other days, please use Panther Waste (see the registration form for details).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Registration Form and photo Id must be submitted 48 hours prior to check in 100 dollar fee if a late registration is filled
All trash must be removed from home after stay. any bag left behind on premises or home a 15 dollar charge per bag will be charged

Property was exceptionably clean. Game room is awesome. Only enjoyed the fire pit one night because it was either too warm or raining. Toured the lake with the paddle boats. Great central location for many activities: Bushkill Falls, Camelback Resort, Pocono Outlets, Pocono Raceway, golf, to name a few. Would stay again.

We had such a wonderful family weekend here! The house was absolutely perfect for us, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. There was so much to enjoy right at the house — we spent time playing games in the lower level, took the paddle boats out on the lake, and even caught a fish right off the dock! The girls had a blast.We also loved the location. We went hiking at Hawk Falls, which was a beautiful and fun adventure, and it was so convenient having a grocery store nearby. We had a great dinner at Farmhouse in Blakeslee and another wonderful meal at Barley Creek.Everything about our stay felt easy, comfortable, and fun. It was exactly the kind of family weekend we were hoping for, and we were sad to leave! We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun Poconos getaway.
