There was no "problem" with the property. A few ants, but for the area and that time of year, that is expected. The layout was strange and the parking COULD have been a problem if all the units were in use. The manage did upgrade us to a three bedroom, 2 bath because of a full on ant infestion in the unit we're reserved. The lack of central AC and the extreme heat meant one of the rooms was basically unusable because the AC could not keep up, but we didn't need that room.The linen's were also strange in that there was only one sheet/comforter on each bed. There may have been others available, but it just felt odd. The kitchen area had no AC, so we avoided using the stove, but the grill was tricky. I got it to work however so no complaints.It was also strange the the fridge in the kitchen was used to store laundry supplies and then each room has a small fridge. Would have preferred one working large fridge in the kitchen to that setup personally. Also would have prefered to have the washer/dryer co-located. Again, it was just strange having the dryer in a cabinet outside instead of using the space to have a stacked washer/dryer or something.
