You will love this open floor plan with full horizon views from the main bedroom, kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Easy access to the wrap around balcony with more fantastic views of the Intracoastal Waterway, one-acre resort pool, Barefoot marina and shopping center. The sparkling night views of the beach skyline will WOW just as much as the daytime waterway views.

** Please NOTE: the outdoor pool is undergoing improvements and currently not available until at least April 20th. The entire sun deck area is closed off **

Your family will fit right into this spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath Enjoy the large main bedroom, complete with a luxurious King size bed. This main bedroom is well appointed with a full length dresser, two night stands with lamps and a ceiling fan, TV, and DVD player. This main suite also features a large private bathroom with dual sinks, a large shower, and whirlpool tub for spa-day relaxtion.

You are in for a surprise, as this great condo has a 2nd bedroom en-suite, complete with a King bed and a large private full bath (shower stall only). This fantastic condo has a third bedroom. The 3rd bedroom offers 2 twin beds, perfect for the kids or teens, TV, and use of the 3rd full bathroom just off the off hallway.

The fully appointed kitchen features granite countertops, fridge, ice maker, glass top stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher. There are dishes, silverware, a complete set of pots and pans and food preparation utensils. The kitchen also comes complete with small appliances, like: toaster, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer and coffee maker. Spacious new dining table with chairs for 6 and 3 bar stools.

After a day at the pool, beach, or 1 of 4 golf courses, come back to relax in the spacious living room, for marina sunset views from the sofa. There's extra seating with a love seat and recliner chair to have a movie night on the large flat screen TV. Connected to the living room is the long covered balcony with easy access. Enjoy your dinner and evening glass of wine on the outdoor balcony and watch the world go by! Catch the fireworks over the water, during the peak summer season.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub, cool off in the largest outdoor pool in SC, take in the views of the Intra-coastal Waterway, enjoy the marina bar and grill at the and much more. Boat docking is available for a fee. Jet ski rentals, and charter fishing, or dinner cruises are available on the waterway. Some of the best shopping, dining and nightlife (Alabama Theater and House of Blues) awaits you a short stroll across the historic bridge to Barefoot Landing. Plan to golf at one of four BareFoot Resort world class championship courses (Dye, Norman, Love, Davis). BareFoot Landing is a 5 Star Vacation Resort for golfers, beach lovers, families and a wonderful place for kids.

The master bath shower had a lot of mildew or mold in the lower grout joints. The sliding door to the balcony is cloudy and you can't see through it.

Great condo in a great location.

Place is great, very comfortable for 2 adults and 4 teens. We very much enjoyed our stay. These are not complaints, just suggestions; Was very muggy at check in. We had to run the dehumidifier and all fans 24hrs to get the place right. Kitchen: Most of the cooking utensils/pots/pans are old and beat up. Appliances are older and toaster is not very good. For the price, I would expect a bit more. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap…etc. Least you could do is provide an 8oz bottle of dish soap. I wish the patio furniture was a little nicer.

Lots of potential, but needs some TLC, musty, musty!

The property has a musty smell. The rental company said it was the air conditioner, but if so, it needs to be fixed. There is definitely water somewhere in the structure that is lingering and causing an odor. Rental company isn't very responsive - took six days and 2 phone calls to get a mold test and someone to come out and investigate the odor. The sliding glass door has condensation, so the view to Barefoot Landing is obstructed. Overall, the layout of the condo is very spacious, just needs some TLC especially in the front entrance, front door, and kitchen areas.
