Ruim goed gelegen appartement met erg mooi appartement. We vonden het jammer dat er geen microgolf was en dat er slechts 1 badhanddoek voor een hele week was. De rest was prima geregeld. Altijd snelle reactie van de eigenaar.

Geräumige Wohnung

Die Wohnung war tipptopp. Wir freuten uns jeweils, nach einem reich befüllten Tagesprogramm „nach Hause“ zu kommen. Auch mit 6 Personen sehr gute Platzverhältnisse. Der Balkon ist sehr luftig und trotz grosser Hitze sehr angenehm.

Zum zweiten Mal da! Wird nicht das letzte Mal sein!

Super ausgestattete Wohnung, super Lage! Direkt an der Bushaltestelle (1 Haltestelle) oder zu Fuß zum Gondel! Fußläufig jeden Morgen Brötchen holen. 😊 Tiefgarage mit zwei Parkplätze. Wir sind sehr gerne dort! Auch das Skigebiet lohnt sich sehr. Die Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr angenehm. Schlüssel Abholung unkompliziert.

Our first time in Laax

we spent the winter holiday week (last week in February) there. The location of the apartment is in walking distance to the funiculars. Nice restaurants also nearby and in walking distance. The apartment is large with a large outside veranda, the kitchen is well equipped, bathrooms are super. The bedrooms upstairs are missing a bit daylight, lights in the kitchen and living room could be improved. The apartment has underground car parking lots and a ski room close by, which is very convenient . The agency looking after the apartment is very helpful and easy to deal with. All in all a good spot, which we can recommend. Thanks a lot Frank, communication with you has also been very kind.

Die Wohnung ist unglaublich gemütlich, sehr schön und herzlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bäder sind super schön und die Dampfbad/ Dusche in Highlight. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind und der Platz hat durchaus gereicht. Die Räume sind gewöhnungsbedürftig hellhörig und leider hat es im oberen Stock keine Badezimmer, was die älteren Erwachsenen bemängelt haben. Dennoch würden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, Die Schlüsselübergabe und den Kontakt zum Vermieter waren sehr angenehm und einfach.

Een erg luxe, open, modern en ruim appartement. Komt op foto's kleiner over en dit was dus een aangename verassing bij aankomst. Alles was heel schoon en lekker opgeruimd. Voorzien van luxe apparatuur en je hoeft dus niks mee te nemen. 2 badkamers is erg erg fijn. De ligging is perfect, mooi uitzicht en alles dichtbij. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding was echt helemaal top! Ik kom hier graag volgend jaar weer

De woning was ruimer dan ik dacht en erg netjes

Modern, netjes, ruim, knus, luxe en goed gelegen is in een paar woorden samengevat wat als eerst in mij opkomt. Ik was erg verbaasd over de enorme ruimte wat heel prettig was. Verder is er mooi en luxe apparatuur aanwezig en hoef je eigenlijk niks mee te nemen. Het balkon is erg groot en je kan daar makkelijk met 12 mensen zitten. Prijs - kwaliteit verhouding is echt top! je bent ook zo bij de bus en in het dorp of omliggende dorpjes.

Hi Kirsten, dank je wel voor je mooie recensie, we verhuren voor 6 personen, maar het klopt, veel ruimte binnen en een geweldige buitenruimte (deels overdekt) met loungeset en tafel om 's avonds te eten (electrische bbq).

Perfect Appartment for a perfect week

We’ve been skiing in Laax for over 10 years and this is one of the nicest apartments we have stayed in with a smaller group of people. It has everything you’d expect from a higher end rental, and is perfectly located. Loved the steam shower which helped banish any aching muscles after a full day shredding the pistes!

Zeer mooi ruim appartement voorzien van alle luxe!

Zeer mooi en ruim appartement voorzien van alle denkbare luxe. Vorig jaar ook een week verbleven maar is nu zeer mooi verbouwd met een tweede badkamer die zelfs voorzien is van een tweepersoons stoomcabine. Heerlijk na een lange wandeling maar uitmuntend na een dagje skieën! Er is ook als er geen sneeuw is genoeg te doen. Er zijn talloze adembenemende wandelroutes direct vanuit het appartement te starten. Ook hebben we een dagje liggen luieren aan de Caumasee op aanraden van de eigenaar. Wat een ervaring bij dit glasheldere meer met zeer goede facaliteiten. Ook bij een minder mooie dag had de eigenaar een tip om even over de Italiaanse grens het plaatsje Como te bezoeken aan het Comomeer. Daar scheen de zon inderdaad dan weer wel en is een pitoresk stadje met een prachtige oude binnenstad met lekkere terrasjes

We are a family of 6, with 4 kids (17 - 21 years old) who have enjoyed skiing in Zwitserland with family and friends in the winter and hiking in the summer for some years now.

Why they chose this property

Our apartment is liked by people who are looking for space and luxury. People who visit us like the the 5,5m high living room, the big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with bath the other with a 2 person Steamcabin). And of course our 60m2 partly covered terrace. In the summer (and winter) you can use the outdoor electrical grill. In the summer we always make a trip to Italy (Milaan, Como), een zeer mooie rit op ca. 2,5 - 3 uur rijden van ons apartement.

What makes this property unique

Our apartment is very close to Laax Bergbanen, walking distance 10 - 15 minutes or 1 busstop. With restaurants and bars close by, there is a lot to do for everyone, but not too close, so you can sleep in a quiet place at night. Flying in through Basel, Zurich or Milan will take you to our apartment in a 2 - 3 hours drive. But you can also reach Laax by train/bus or Easyjet bus.
