Beautiful unit! Very well stocked, especially in the kitchen to cook dinners after skiing all day. We stayed here with my brother and his family and we all enjoyed the property. Pac-Man game console upstairs in the loft was a big hit!

Why they chose this property
CONVENTIENT LOCATION: Highway 434 is a main street, and is flat within Angel Fire. Our street, S. Angel Fire Road, connects directly to Hwy. 434 with nothing but a very short, safe, gentle slope from it to our condo's parking lot. There is no hard-to-find, steep, winding road or driveway to navigate in order to get to our front door. This is often not true with the houses on the mountains.
By car, we are literally just a couple of minutes away from the ski lifts, restaurants, dollar stores, grocery store, gas stations, etc. in Angel Fire.
NATURE: We walk out our front door and we are immediately in nature with deer on the property, in the meadow, and on the side of the road in season. In ten minutes our walk arrives at Hwy. 434. Without crossing it, we can enter the hiking trail in the meadow. Prairie dogs, beavers, ducks, birds, elk, and more can be seen in season.
What makes this property unique
GREAT VIEW: We have a wide open view of the meadow and mountains which is, surprisingly, unusual for condos and houses. Having a good view was a mandatory priority when we were searching to buy a property in the mountains. We found that they are not easy to find since most condos and houses have little to no view.
SIZE: We also wanted enough living space to have our children and grandchildren visit. Most condominium properties are small with only 1 or 2 bedrooms and do not sleep very many people. Our property can accommodate our requirement for more than one family. It can easily hold 2 families. If some adults reside in the loft beds with kids in the top bunks, the property could hold 3 families. It can sleep 10 without the use of uncomfortable pull-out couches. While not reclining, our space also has comfortable seating.
FIREPLACE: Wood burning fireplaces are becoming outlawed in Angel Fire condos and hard to find due to fire concerns and lack of insurability. Our $7,000 propane gas log fireplace was installed in July 2025 with the latest safety technology and without the worries of hauling wood, cleaning ashes, sparks setting the house on fire, and carbon monoxide. So your mountain visit can enjoy a real fire (not a fake one) without the worries.
