This new non-smoking accommodation is designed for those looking for a central, authentic and quiet base to visit the island.
The large windows let in natural light and offer a 360-degree view of all living areas.
To the north, the living room and bedroom overlook the private parking lot and enjoy views of Tinajo, the ocean and the distant island of La Graciosa.
To the west and south, picturesque views of the patio-garden and neighboring fields.
The property of 1400m2 consists of a garage-laundry room and 5 independent apartments.
We (me, my husband and our 2 children) come regularly during the day for the maintenance of the property.
The laundry is open access for €3/wash, soap included.
The free parking with video-surveillance is common to all the property.

After working many years in Paris in interior design, I abruptly decided to move to Lanzarote in 2017. Now a mom of 2 tornados, I work with my husband organizing Paragliding Tandem flights and building a wooden Eco palace in Tinajo. Trying to lead the energetic change at our scale!
Why they chose this property
Tinajo is rural Lanzarote, authentic and preserved from massive tourist developments. The house is located overlooking the village center, close to shops and restaurants, and just far enough to enjoy absolute calm.
What makes this property unique
We built these little houses by ourselves and entirely out of wood! Powered by 12kW solar panels and equipped with a 2.4kW electric vehicle charger, we are truly committed to renewable energy and resources.
