The lodge sits on beautifully landscaped acreage directly across from Elm Point, a serene beachfront park and your own private boat dock with endless water activities at your fingertips. The dock is located in a cove which provides wind coverage and a designated swim area, assuring slow boat speeds nearby and safe swimming!

Indoors you'll enjoy 5 cozy bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with large living and play areas. The open-concept great room features comfy lodge-style décor, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including new high-end knives) and panoramic views of forest, maple trees, farm windmill, and of course, Lake Charlevoix. Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and return the keys
If property is left in a state that requires more than usual and expected cleaning, an additional cleaning fee will be incurred. Thank you for understanding
Please strip all used beds and leave the linens in the corresponding room.
All trash should be taken out to the green GFL dumpster.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Park only on the pavement or driveway. Keep your vehicles off the grass at all times.
