The lodge sits on beautifully landscaped acreage directly across from Elm Point, a serene beachfront park and your own private boat dock with endless water activities at your fingertips. The dock is located in a cove which provides wind coverage and a designated swim area, assuring slow boat speeds nearby and safe swimming!

Indoors you'll enjoy 5 cozy bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with large living and play areas. The open-concept great room features comfy lodge-style décor, a wood-burning fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including new high-end knives) and panoramic views of forest, maple trees, farm windmill, and of course, Lake Charlevoix. We absolutely loved staying here for a ski weekend at Boyne. Check in/check out were very easy and the hosts were extremely responsive throughout the weekend. The cabin was well stocked with kitchen supplies, toiletries, extra blankets, board games--everything we could want. I can't imagine an overall easier or better experience, which is no small feat for a group of 19! Everyone is already talking about returning next year--thank you for having us!

There are rare occasions when a property matches its online photos to a “T”… this was one of them. There wasn’t anything out of place here. The host was amazing throughout our stay. No issues, house was cozy, we had literally everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Checking in and out was flawless and expectations were met. If you’re considering this property, book it! Perfect stay for New Year 2026!This property is an excellent option for a multi-family vacation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.The house features a huge kitchen and a large dining area connected to the living room, making it perfect for gathering together. On the main floor, there is a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom and walk-in closet.Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a king bed and a sofa bed, and another with a queen/full-size bed (in between sizes). Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms.The basement includes an entertainment/living room, a full kitchen, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed.The house is fully equipped with everything you might need, even for longer stays. Highly recommended!
