Lovely 2-bedroom condo close to the beach!
Seasonal rental. Cute 2 bedroom 2 bathroom close to the beaches and Mercado. Fully equipped kitchen, includes linens, cable TV and WiFi and in unit washer and dryer. All utilities are included. Dining table for 6 people and mini office set up along with a screened in lanai and small patio. Outdoor shower for after beach days. One car garage and extra parking. Includes bikes and all beach necessities. One small dog under 25 lbs. There are two pools, a clubhouse, tennis, pickleball and a very active social calendar. People are friendly and you’ll feel right at home in this quiet community. Minimum 3 month stay.
