Great facility and location

Facilities were in great shape and located in very centralized area of Sea Pines. Very spacious rooms which easily accommodated our 14 person family. Swimming pool was great entertainment when not on beach.

An awesome stay

A gem of a property, centrally located, 5 minutes away from the beach. Right on the golf course. I loved the kitchen, living room, family room, parking, absolutely everything you needed was there.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

My family and I had a great stay in this amazing Sea Pines home! It's centrally located and easily accommodated our party of 13. The kitchen is well stocked, and the home is spacious with a great layout for larger groups. The pool is an added bonus. It was warm enough mid-June not to need heating. Sea Pines is a great place to visit as well. I loved the bike trails that connected the whole community. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property - Perfect for a big family!

We loved staying at this beautiful home! The Sea Pines neighborhood was the perfect place to stay in Hilton Head - close to biking/walking trails, the beach, Harbour Town, restaurants and shops. The landscape was so lush and golf course views were beautiful. The pool was a family favorite! The layout of the home was great for our large family to be able to spread out. My 4 kids loved staying in the big bedroom above the garage, and having their own bathroom up there was a huge plus! I can’t say enough good things about this property. 10/10 would recommend!

The house itself was wonderful—very clean, comfortable beds, and in a great location (aside from a wine stain on the kitchen wall). Our only real frustration was with the property management company. Communication was slow and at times nonexistent. We arrived late on a Saturday and reached out Sunday about the bike rental process but never received a response. On Monday I had to call directly to get it sorted, which did eventually get resolved.We also asked about poolside lounge chairs, since none were available when we arrived. The management company explained there had been a recent storm and they were on order and would contact the property owner. After two days with no update, I sent another message that went unanswered. My husband eventually called, and only then were chairs delivered.Overall, the home itself was great, but communication from the management team could definitely be improved to make the experience smoother

Family vacation

What a wonderful home! We had plenty of space for the 11 of us , the kitchen was well equipped, furniture were comfortable The place was bright and clean except for the pool area due to falling pine needles nuts but a maintenance person came over once to check the pool water and clean up a bit. The only bad thing I have to say is that I couldn’t figure out how to use the sound system which seemed to be very nice. I appreciate the initial little bags with soap and detergent , laundry detergent and coffee maker filter, paper towel . I’ve stayed in many properties from VRBO and that was the best. Maybe it would be helpful if check out instructions were printed upon arrival at the house I had to call the property manager because I wasn’t sure what to do and they were helpful and told me I would receive an email with the instructions. Itwas an awesome stay and I will definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a nice house for a family vacation

A peaceful beautiful relaxing long weekend

The property was great. It looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was quiet and secluded. We rented bikes and really enjoyed riding the trails. The kitchen was massive and well equipped. The house was very spacious. TV's were a little complicated for older people like me. Only downside to this property is that the pool needs to be heated. It is shady and never warms. We were there the first part of September and I thought it would be warm but it was very cold. Only the very brave could go in the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was spacious and perfect to get our two families together to celebrate college graduations, birthdays and to enjoy a week at the beach. Decent house but will not stay there again

The house itself if nice but there were lots of little things that we did not like so we won't book this one again. Temperature control throughout the house was poor. Kitchen was not stocked well despite saying that it was. Creepy pool guy just walks up on the pool deck on Sunday as my daughters are out there laying out. Light bulbs out, cobwebs and dust in certain spots, no dust pan, outside trash was fun until Wednesday. One bathroom shower head was wonky and sprayed everywhere and same tub drained extremely slow. Lots of tiny ants in the kitchen. Then pool guy came again and said we tried to turn the pool heater on which we did not and turned the fountain down so we had to have him come back out and turn it back up. The tvs were ridiculous to try and operate with no directions. I think one had 8 remotes in the cabinet. And some areas just smelled weird - musty maybe.
