Tradewinds 807- Your Coastal Escape Awaits! Dive in and Relax!

Tradewinds 807 sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach. This unit features a private balcony overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the pool below. Decorated attractively with bright colors this nonsmoking condominium is the perfect home away from home. Conveniently located to many unique shopping establishments and fine restaurants makes for the perfect vacation destination. Monthly rentals November to March 1. No RVs or trailers allowed in lot.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

The Tradewinds Condominium HOA has scheduled a construction project beginning October 12, 2026, with an anticipated completion in mid-December 2026. During this time, guests may experience loud construction noise, dust, and possible pool/common area closures. Rates have already been adjusted to reflect any inconvenience this may cause, and no further refunds or compensation will be issued for disruptions related to this project.

Loved the location and the property itself!

The location of the condo was perfect! It’s close to gulf shores but is away from the crowds. The condo had beach acres and beach itself was calm and not crowded or loud. The condo was beautiful and had a gorgeous ocean view! The dishes in the condo were all dirty and required washing before use which was annoying. The rental agency itself was a little confusing at times but overall we had a GREAT time here!

Tradewinds

We loved our condo! It was an easy, quick walk down to the beach, we had beautiful views from the balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee of just rest after playing in the waves. We were close to a grocery store, several restaurants and right across from an arcade and mini golf place for the kids as well as right beside a souvenir shop. Can’t wait for our next trip to Orange Beach!

Enjoyed, but needs a little TLC

The condo is in a great location and has security on duty. Upon arriving, I had to wash all of the sheets and quilts. One looked like it had urine stains probably from a child and the others looked like makeup stains. I know this is the cleaning crew and not the owners, but that was the last thing I wanted to do after a 7 hour drive. The kitchen and living room area was perfect! The bathrooms could use a little updating just from wear and tear, but they were clean. We enjoyed our stay, but probably will not stay here again.

Issues

When we arrived we saw that house keeping had not not done a very good job. Trash around on the floors...found a pair of panties under master bedroom bed...in the kitchen the appliances had greasy streaks all over them. We had small children with us so as we noticed more trash under couches and coffee table. So definitely should have house keeping at least from time to time clean under things better. Over all a good stay except for cleaning.

Great girls trip

We had six teacher friends on a much needed end of the year trip. Check in went smoothly and everything in the unit worked well. We had a great trip. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

It wasn't very clean. There were bugs. The drawer front to one of the kitchen drawers was laying on top of the toaster when we arrived. The handle to the bathroom cabinet came off when trying to open. The refrigerator didn't cool correctly even after following the recommendations for it. The shower in the master bathroom would not drain properly. After taking a shower you were standing in ankle deep water.

Overall the pool and the view was very eye catching. A lot of beach house vibes even tho it was a condo lol. The WiFi was great and everything. Every kitchen necessity worked. Very homey. Recommend 99.9%
