Living Room – Spacious living room equipped with a Smart TV with free access to movie channels and local and international news (Claro TV). The room includes three comfortable sofas, one of which is a sofa bed that can accommodate two additional people.
Dining Room – Dining table with eight chairs.
Bedroom 1 – Suite with a queen-size bed and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Room with a queen-size bed.
Bedroom 3 – Two single trundle beds, comfortably sleeping 4 people.
Bedroom 4 – Bunk bed for two people.

All bedrooms, as well as the living and dining rooms, are air-conditioned.

Guest Access:

Barra da Tijuca is a large, modern neighborhood in the West Zone of Rio de Janeiro, known for its long beaches, wide streets, and contemporary infrastructure. Unlike the older neighborhoods of Rio, Barra is more suburban, with high-rise apartments, gated communities, and shopping centers, giving it a more spacious and less crowded feel.

It’s popular for outdoor and water sports, such as surfing, kitesurfing, and beach volleyball, and it has several large parks and lagoons. Barra is also a hub for business and events, hosting convention centers and corporate offices.

The area is family-friendly and offers a mix of leisure, dining, and entertainment options, but because it’s more spread out, having a car or using rideshares is often necessary to get around efficiently.

Getting Around:
The apartment is located in a great spot in Jardim Oceanico. You will have access to markets, restaurants, metro and pharmacies on foot. When you arrive at the property, you will find a map with the names of the nearest places to access.

If you want to travel by car, you can park on residential streets or in public parking lots (Rio Rotativo) spread throughout the city. The cost is R$2 reais for a period of 2 to 4 hours (depending on road traffic).
