Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles and two more on the left side of the driveway. Neighbors reserve the right to tow any cars in their way.
No shoes in the house
Quiet outside between 8pm-7am. $200 fine for any disturbance Guests must clean the grill after each use or we will charge a $50 fee

This property was perfect for our extended weekend with family and friends. The large well stocked kitchen was very helpful. The huge backyard was perfect for dogs and very young kids to play in. From the moment we checked in til the second we checked out our stay could not have gone any better. My family celebrated our dad's 80th birthday. This is our 2nd year staying here, each time the house has been a fantastic place to catch up and unwind. Great amenities, great price. There were also signs of maintenance between our stays so the host is making sure the property is kept up to date and in repair

What a Gem! We had a family reunion here. So much room for everyone to gather and visit. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. Plenty of extra folding chairs and even a corn hole game for the backyard. Lots of stairs, so be prepared if you have impairments. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood and close to downtown if you need a Safeway or liquor store. Can't think of many issues we had, check the closets if you need more towels and blankets! Wish they had king beds in all the rooms!
