Fifteen minutes from Busch Gardens and twenty from the Hard Rock Casino, this new luxury 3BR/2BA bungalow blends modern elegance with resort-style amenities. Relax in your lush backyard with a waterfall pool and spa, or retreat indoors to an open-concept living space with soaring coffered ceilings. The master suite boasts a king-size Sleep Number bed, while the gourmet kitchen is ready for inspired meals. Downtown Tampa is only minutes away—explore the Riverwalk, dine along the water, and visit the Tampa Museum of Art.

Hardwood floors, designer lighting, and views of the pool create an inviting main living space. A sofa and loveseat center around a 50” Roku TV, perfect for movie nights, while a sunlit study offers a quiet place to work or read. The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, and an island with seating for two. Gather for meals at the four-person dining table or enjoy alfresco dining on the patio.

This home sleeps six guests. The primary suite offers a king-size Sleep Number bed, 40” TV, pool views, and an en-suite bath with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and window seat, while the third bedroom has a twin daybed with twin trundle and a window seat. The shared bath features a tub/shower combo with mosaic tile.

Outside, a private waterfall pool and spa set the scene for relaxation. Lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a shaded seating area invite all-day comfort. Grill your favorites, then dine poolside for a perfect Florida evening. A front porch with armchairs offers another peaceful retreat.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for two vehicles. For security, exterior cameras are in place, some facing the pool. Within a short walk, reach Trips Diner (4 blocks) or Rooster & The Till (6 blocks). Downtown Tampa is a 15-minute drive, St. Pete’s beaches are under 40 minutes, and International Plaza shopping is just 7 miles away. Busch Gardens is 5 miles, Lowry Zoo is minutes away, and the Lower Hillsborough Wilderness Preserve is 16 miles.

This property was perfect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was just a short drive to Busch Gardens. The nice squashy couch was fabulous too.

Beautiful home in Tampa

Gorgeous home in and out. Had everything we needed during our stay plus some. Pool was beautiful and was perfect for little ones. We really enjoyed our stay and our experience with turnkey. I would recommend this home for anyone traveling to the Tampa area.

Super Super clean property, and I’m a huge critic of cleanliness. Pool and hot tub was a great relaxing spot even with the summer Florida heat. Really enjoyed our stay and will book again when in Tampa

Quiet and Relaxing Escape

My wife and I traveled down to Tampa to stay at this rental property and we couldn’t have had a better stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very relaxing. Everything you needed for a great vacation was there and we had a great time. Also very close the highway and downtown Tampa attractions! Our first trip to the Tampa area and we can’t wait to go back.

Your own private pool paradise

We wanted a relaxing weekend and this property delivered! The pool and backyard are amazing. The house looks like it was on an episode of an HGTV show, it is that nice. The property management was the best I've ever dealt with as well.
