The property looked OK online, we got there and things were a mess. Very dirty ,spiders. Everywhere sinks were clogged, trashcan lid does not work by foot. You have to open it with your hand debris and trash underneath. Bushes, landscaping was a wreck not maintained property. Ridiculous. they try to charge this much for something that has not been serviced in months. It looks like.

Thank you for your feedback. We want to be transparent: we were in active communication throughout this stay, responded to every message promptly, and offered to send a cleaning team and pest control service during the reservation, both of which were declined. We also want to address the spiders specifically: we're in Georgia, near summer, in a residential home near wooded areas. Occasional spiders are a reality of the region and the season, and the spiders observed were identified as ant mimic spiders, which are completely harmless. We take pest concerns seriously, which is exactly why we offered professional pest control immediately. The guest also requested an extension mid-stay, which we approved and honored at the same discounted weekly rate, not something we'd expect from someone who found the home unlivable. We take property upkeep seriously and have addressed the maintenance items noted. We hope future guests will see from our five-star reviews the experience we consistently deliver.
