Island living at its finest, this Atlantic Beach home boasts four bedrooms and a fantastic location! Within walking distance away, you will be able to access multiple beaches, but when your toes aren't dug into the warm sand, head for the Elliott Coues Nature Trail, or to one of the many delicious local eateries.

Nautical decor adorns every room of this sun-filled retreat. Kick back and relax on the soft seating in the living room as you tune into your favorite TV shows and movies. When you aren't dining out, don your chef's hat and whip up delicious dishes amongst the stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space in the full kitchen. Family meals will be easily enjoyed around the formal dining table or in the sunroom.

The home's four bedrooms are equally spacious, airy, and bright with air-conditioning, high-quality linens, and simple decorations. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and board games.

As the sun begins to set, head for the beach to watch the orange, pink, and yellow hues meet the ocean.

Awesome beach house

This house was more beautiful than we expected and very clean. Very spacious and equipped with all you need. Short, easy walk mostly paved or boardwalk to the beach. We will definitely be staying again soon!

Surprisingly Spacious

Great place for a large family. Three different gathering areas, indoor and outdoor dining (on screened porch). Downstairs breezeway provides a rainy day place for kids as well as easy storage of beach stuff. Plenty of room to spread out. Much, much larger than the photo suggests. Easy access to the beach.

Awesome Property

This was the perfect property for my family and nothing was noted as needed. It has it all. The things we enjoyed the most: Spacious Front Porch Outdoor Shower Super clean and spacious inside with huge kitchen Comfortable Beds The only thing to be aware of is the staircase required to reach the main level. If you have an elderly or disabled person in your group this would be a concern but in our case it was not an issue. We loved our stay!

Perfect home for family vacation

We recently booked Casa Palmera for my children and parents as we were fishing the Big Rock Tournament. It was an absolutely perfect home for our trip this year. The layout was wonderful with the bedrooms being on opposite sides of the home and the extra little room in the back where the kids could hang out and watch TV if they wanted to at night. The front porch was most likely used more than anything! We had one issue where a breaker went out and we could not find the breaker panel, but within an hour, Vacasa had someone out to fix it, and the rest of the trip was seamless. We would absolutely rent this home again if the need arose. It was clean and quiet, roomy, and comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
