Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Adjust Thermostat to 78 degrees, shut all blinds and turn off lights and fans
Ensure all appliances are turned off and unplugged.
Only put "used" towels with dirty linen. Leave unused towels in place or place in closet. Do not remake beds.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
