takes much time to check in and a staff wasnt friendly. just one slowly elevator was operated and takes much time to go up and down also always crowded inside elevator with other residents warter pressure of a shower was weak

Disappointing stay

No tissue available on the restroom, no soap, no glass, etc. Only towels were available. No staff is there to assist as there was only a security guard also acting as the receptionist and does not know where the amenities were. Very disappointing and I will never stay here again.

It looks exactly like the picture. The room was nice plus the view at night was pretty -- stayed at 1504 (standard queen). The bed and the floor were clean except for the bathroom. The toilet was filthy-looking because of the toilet bowl black streaks. It might have been washed but it was not thoroughly scrubbed as black mildew or mold were evident. Had it not been for that, it could have been 4/5 stars. There were also several scotch tapes on the ceiling. The A/C did not have a remote control and it was really high so you would need to step on the bed to turn it on/off. Not a problem for tall guys. It is near the hospital so families could crash there if needed or if you need to work on some documents, it is just located across the city hall. Got it for a discounted price (secret price) which was less than half the original price so it was fine. No bidet but there was a dipper and a bucket. No telephone, so you need to go down to the reception for any request. Nothing much to do: no wifi, TV w/o cable channels.
