We were here to celebrate our son’s wedding with the rest of our adult children traveling in from Alaska and Illinois. The Spacious living area allowed for our family to enjoy visiting together with other out of town guests staying in the area hotels. We appreciated the game room for our little grandkids, and our big kids. The large bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for us to get ready for the big event, and the proximity to the Founders Tower where the event was held allowed us to get back and forth with ease during the preparations. We were able to enjoy our morning walks with Starbucks just around the corner and up the block. Our host Lauren was amazing and responded immediately to all questions leading up to our stay and during. The check in and check out was easier than ever. We were truly thankful to have this property to stay in while we celebrated our son and his new wife.

House was great! Kitchen was perfect for 3 couples ! Few issues but not enough for bad reviews . We were bummed that the basketball game was broken. The front bedroom door came right off the hinges … fixed in with a butter knife. lol. The front bedroom mattress you fall into the hole in the middle …. So we just moved to the middle bedroom. We brought 2 folding chairs cause not enough chairs for the size of the house. But that didn’t stop us from having a great time . I would stay again

Communication with host was fantastic and very simple. Cleaning wasn’t complicated, only a couple of things to do. Check in was super easy. We had very few issues. Lots of parking in the area. Everything appeared spotless.

The house worked great for our multi-family trip. Plenty of space and fun bonuses with the games. Be sure the bring extra long charging cables for devices because outlets are limited. The house was well stocked. Check out was one of the easiest I've ever had.

We were in town for a family wedding. The home was clean and worked well when we had family come over for dinner on Saturday night. Lauren was very responsive to any questions or needs. Our only issue was two out of the three bathrooms did not have outlets, but there are plenty of outlets in the bedrooms and rest of the house.

Pros: Nice home with many beds and bathrooms. Great remodel updates for the age of the home. Game room was so much fun! Fully stocked kitchen. Ample parking. Cons: Excessive number of windows and they REALLY need black out curtains. The home is right on 63rd street, which is very busy. Not down a side street on 62nd or 61st, it is right on 63rd. But the parking is well designed for getting in and out onto 63rd.
Bright windows are great for photos, not so great for sleeping on a busy street.
