The home was excellent and perfectly located. We could walk to the beach and restaurants. The bike paths were a delight. We look forward to coming back to this address in the future.

Really loved this property! Our dog loved all the space to explore and being right on the foot/bike path was perfect. The house was clean and the updates done have been done very well. My family of 6 and goldendoodle were very comfortable and happy. The communication from the property Managment was really excellent. They answered promptly and were polite and personable. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfectly located little jungle cottage at the beach. Close to the Omni, spa, restaurants, and only a short walk to the beach. The house is very nicely decorated, well stocked, and cozy. The rental agent was fantastic, replying quickly to text messages and addressing any mid-stay issues the same day. The house itself needs a little TLC. While the master bath was great, the guest baths are a little worn and not up to standard. The grounds are quite overgrown (hence the jungle house), and the house could use some exterior maintenance. There was also a funky odor in one of the rooms that the rental agent couldn't get rid of; hopefully that gets cleared up. HOA rules mean there are very few rental houses on the plantation; hopefully this one gets a little TLC, because it really is a nice, relaxing little cottage with a great rental agent.

Yes and no - the home itself was great and it's very close to a walking path, which is great for longer walks with the dog but there is no grass in the front or back yard so a quick trip outside isn't really possible. That was especially inconvenient at night because the plantation is so dark.

Wonderful property very close to the Omni resort-- very useful as we were there for a conference. Walking path accessed from the backyard can access the beach. My only minor warning is the exterior can be dark. We may have missed some exterior lights that can be turned on, but make sure you have a phone or flashlight so you don't miss a step down if you are walking back to the property at night (especially if it's pouring rain ). Lovely, quiet cul-de-sac.
