The property's 3-bedroom layout offers the following configuration:
A master King suite with separate shower and tub in the spacious ensuite bath
A Queen suite with shared Jack and Jill bath
A bunk room featuring a Twin-over-Full bunk set and shared Jack and Jill bath

A vaulted ceiling living area just off of the gourmet kitchen is offered along with multiple decks and patios showcasing impeccable views from the private hot tub. Sage Peak 83 is one of our newest offerings at the new Deer Valley East Village with beautiful modern finishes and new mountain contemporary furnishings throughout.

A spacious garage completes the picture, ideal for storing your private vehicle. This property is best suited for guests with a car and offers easy highway access just minutes away. It's also a 2-minute drive to the Deer Valley Jordanelle Gondola parking area, ideal for Deer Valley skiers. The property is conveniently located about 10 minutes from both Canyons Village and Park City Mountain Resort Base as well. Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!

In the summer, guests are perfectly positioned for lake activities with the Jordanelle Marina and Boat Ramp/Beach Park a 2 minute drive away. Summer adventurers can also enjoy nearby hiking, biking, fishing and more.
