Escape to your year-round lakefront retreat on the beautiful shores of Otsego Lake! Wake to stunning sunrise views over the calm water from your private balcony, spend your days on the lake, and gather for evenings by the indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit. This home is the perfect setting for family gatherings, reunions, or group getaways.

Your group of up to 14 guests will find ample space to relax and connect across two levels of comfortable living space, all cooled by central A/C.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT The home features two distinct living rooms, both equipped with Smart TVs for movie nights. The main floor living area boasts a beautiful stone fireplace and large windows framing breathtaking lake views. Upstairs, a second living room offers a perfect spot for fun with a selection of games, puzzles, and books.

KITCHEN & DINING Prepare delicious meals in the fully stocked, modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. An outdoor gas grill is also available for lakeside barbecues, with picnic tables ready for dining outside.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS With space for 14, everyone can rest comfortably. The home includes two full, updated bathrooms for your convenience. Sleeping arrangements include:

Upstairs: Two additional bedrooms

Upstairs Loft: A bunk bed with pull out trundle and a sofa sleeper

For families with little ones, a pack and play is also available.

LAKEFRONT LIVING & OUTDOORS As a truly waterfront and beachfront property, you have direct lake access to all-sports Otsego Lake. Enjoy our private sandy, shallow shoreline—perfect for kids and swimming! Your stay includes the use of kayaks and a private dock(seasonal). Spend your evenings gathered around the fire pit or take a peaceful boat ride at sunrise.

CONVENIENCES For your convenience, the home includes a laundry area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and provided towels, linens, and beach chairs. Winter guests will appreciate the dedicated snowmobile gear storage room in the garage, making this the perfect Up North getaway for every season!

Guest Access

You will have full access to the entire house, with the exception of one locked storage closet. Enjoy easy self check-in upon arrival.

Host was great, nice updated property, lots of indoor room and beds for family. We used this as snowmobile trip destination.Wish long driveway was 2 feet wider for backing in with sled trailer. A more distinctive sign at driveway would be an A upgrade...esp with snowcovering. Great view right on lake!

We picked this place based on the pictures for a snowmobile adventure, and it did not disappoint! The cleanliness was impeccable, which was very important to us. The house was very modern and had everything we needed - just like home. The house had plenty of room and two living areas. An added bonus was the snowmobile room off the garage to dress and undress with all of our gear. The property’s location was perfect to access the snowmobile trails. The host was very easy to communicate with. The other reviews said the driveway was long and narrow, which it was but the host communicated all of that with us and recommended that if we had a trailer to back in. I felt like the host communicated everything with us to prepare us for our stay. Will definitely be staying there again in the future!!!

Here’s a fun fact… both of us grew up coming to Otsego Lake as kids camping, swimming, tubing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, and making memories with our families. The funny part? We didn’t even know each other back then!

Fast forward a few years (okay, maybe more than a few ), and now we get to bring our four boys here to do the exact same things we loved growing up. From fishing poles to campfires to cannonballs off the dock, this lake is pure nostalgia mixed with new memories in the making.

That’s why we created Otsego Lake Escape so you can unplug, laugh a little louder, and make your own traditions on this beautiful lake.

We’ve always loved this stretch of Otsego Lake because it captures everything we adore about Northern Michigan peaceful mornings, friendly neighbors who wave as they pass by on their pontoons, and the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. You’re close enough to downtown Gaylord for great restaurants, shopping, and festivals, yet tucked away just enough to truly unwind. Whether it’s snowmobiling right from the driveway in winter or playing in the lake in the summer, this area just feels like home and we’re so grateful to share it with you.

You’re right on Otsego Lake with a front-row seat to stunning view and some of the best boating, fishing, and snowmobiling in Michigan.
